Anthony Disano has been involved in property management forthe last 10 years. He has a team of mmbers that maintain and manage several properties for him. He can handle any service from cutting the grass to doing a full trashout with a phone call.
Real Estate Expert
Michael Cuevas began his career in the real estate industry at the young age of 22 years directly from college. He always had a strong background in marketing, but real estate became his natural fit. Michael markets houses, but does so very creatively. While most agents went out and listed a home on the MLS and waited for another agent to sell it, he actually went out to find the buyers. Within 3 years of being in the industry Michael had risen to the top 10% of realtors within the cty of Chicago. He not only is an expert at marketing but an expert at the field itself. Michael can analyze a property in a neighborhood and determine the market value without even having to look at it. He knows this market in and out in every neighborhood.
Michael now manages the field team intact with Parkvue Realty. His duties include all advertising/marketing and analyzation of the subject property.
